- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This was one of the more unpleasant experiences I've had in recent memory. I found the people who worked there were rude, to the point of belittling, and didn't seem to be capable of understanding my field, my prior occupation, or the reality of a modern job search (that most digital occupations are listed on-line, often through Craig's List and other employment search engines). The lack of such knowledge in such a place, particularly in the 21st century, is beyond troubling. What was worse: having every one of my questions responded to in a way that was a pointed attempt to make me feel stupid (because I was genuinely astonished by their confusion, and what appear to be some obvious flaws with their system). All in all, I have to say I left feeling shocked, insulted, and as though their system mattered more to them than actually helping anyone find work. If you're on the North Shore and can go somewhere else I recommend you do so.By William Delman, November 29, 2016
